Refund policy

At Kaia Edit, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns under any circumstances. By placing an order with us, you agree to this policy.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

support@kaiaedit.com

Include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the item
  • Description of the issue

We will review the issue and may offer a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Non-Returnable Items

All items are non-returnable and non-refundable, including but not limited to:

  • Worn or used items
  • Items without original tags or packaging
  • Gift cards
  • Sale or clearance items
  • Personalized or custom items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you want a different item, you must place a new order.

Order Cancellation

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order.

After this period, orders cannot be cancelled as they may already be processed or shipped.

Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for all shipping fees.

Kaia Edit is not responsible for lost or damaged shipments.
